According to Chinese tradition, Rabbit brings a year in which you catch your breath and calm your nerves in a world that's full of distracting and destructive forces.  As we enter 2011 the Metal Rabbit offers a time for you to plan and take-stock.

The astrologists are saying that this is the year to be aware and plan carefully for momentous events while maintaining your focus on home, family and security.  Make it your goal to create a safe, peaceful lifestyle for yourself and your family, so you will be able to calmly deal with any problems that may arise.

This is advice that we subscribe to.  It’s the time to review the protection you have in place for the family, to plan carefully for momentous events and take-stock of how well covered you are.

Hopping abroad
If you’re planning summer holidays, you’ll also need to think about travel insurance to protect you from flight delays, cancellations and medical emergencies.  You’ll want to make sure your jewelry and valuables are covered worldwide against loss or damage while abroad.  If you plan to travel more than twice, you can also save money by considering an annual travel policy.

Carats for your Easter Bunny
Lost your Diamond ring in the sand, left a Camera on the train, covered by insurance right...  Did you know 9 out of 10 Home Insurance policies do not cover mysterious loss or disappearance?  This means if you simply lose or misplace a valuable item, most Insurance Companies will not pay.  Don’t wait until it’s too late, take the astrologers advice and focus on home and security.  If you have jewellery, artwork or high-value items, find out if your policy will respond and make sure you are properly covered.

Breeding like Rabbits
If you’re planning a family, you need to think about Medical Insurance at least a year in advance.  Don’t make the mistake of assuming your existing policy or Employer’s Medical Cover includes maternity benefits: many do not offer coverage.  Take-stock of the protection your medical insurance provides for the family.  We can help you review what you have in place so you are educated about your coverage and if necessary, make appropriate recommendations for a top-up or alternative solution.

Don’t Hare around for motor quotes
The importance and ease of aligning your insurance renewal and road tax will be just what the Rabbit ordered.

Make 2011 the year to review your family’s insurance needs so you don’t need the luck of the rabbit’s foot.
